About Vanessa Kelman

When it comes to writing, Vanessa Kelman has tried just about everything,
from short stories to articles to blogs to websites to novels -- you name it, she's probably tried it.
On that note, Vanessa has seen to completion several works,

In 2002, Vanessa graduated from Marist College with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications,
concentrating on Journalism and Radio/TV/Film. In November 2010, she also completed a course
by the Long Ridge Writer's Group entitled "Breaking into Print."
Following many unsuccessful career attempts and much soul-searching,
Vanessa decided to pursue librarianship to become a Children's Librarian.
In December 2020 she graduated with her Masters Degree in Library Science.

Over the past several years, she has worked for a daily newspaper, television news network
and a variety of miscellaneous establishments that have nothing whatsoever to do with writing.
Her experiences in all areas of life have provided inspiration and material for her works.

Vanessa currently resides in East Hartford, Connecticut with her two children.
